VrayFur + gradient ramp = very slow IR map...

  • VrayFur + gradient ramp = very slow IR map...

    The lightcache is computed at a normal speed but then the IR map is very very slow to compute and on a dual XEON (4 buckets) I have discovered that after a few minutes, only 25-50% of CPU usage

    dont forget to adjust your rQMC sampler if you are trying to render a scene from 1.47. Try it at the default of 0.01

      thanks, but that is not the problem QMC sampler is at 0.01.
      If I simply put an other material than Gradient Ramp to my fur it renders at a normal speed.
