  • white sky?

I love the sun/sky, but I've got a little issue. I'm going to try a photo match with this model, and the sky in the photo I'm matching is just white. I know the sky isn't white, and I know that it's because of the camera that the image turned out white, but it does make me wonder about whether this look is possible with the new sun/sky setup? Image I'm working from is below. Any suggestions?

When used in conjunction with the Physical Cam, just set the sun and sky mulipliers to 1.0, match the daytime (hence sun position) and adjust the cam settings

      @ phildlight

You can also try check ON / OFF affect background from the Color Mapping rollout, and still set your sun/sky as you want it.

should I use the vraysky in the envirnoment map slots in render settings, or just use a whiteish color?

in this case as you're trying to match it, i'd suggest LWF, set the sky as environment, add the sun and position it right, set all sun and sky mults to 1.0, use a physical camera and adjust the settings to the real ones. should do the trick.
