Map channels and PFlow in 1.5RC2

I am having problems rendering Map Channels other than 1 through PFlow. Is this normal?

edit, by normal I mean known, or something unique to my current file I guess.

thanks...it probably is, even though I am an idoit and posted wrong. It should be Map Channels rather than MatID's....it just too late here for my brain
