caustic doubt

hey guys, this coustic thing is driving me crazy... would you please take a look at this image and tell me what is wrong? i've spent the whole day trying to configure caustic, first folowing the tips from daforce, btw thanks budy, your scene helped me a lot, the point is that it seems to work just there, lol. I tried to amke directlly in my poool and it was impossible, so i tried to make in a smaller area and so created one box very similar to the one elf did, after plenty of tries, i got the effect, so when i thought everything was done i just aplied the settings to my scene and nothing again, the last ideia i had was to bring the little test scene to my main scene and render it to see if the caustic was working, and yes, it worked out , as you can see, the little blue box have the achieve correctlly but right over the pool i had it very crispy, i dont know how to set it up again... anybody could give an idea?

To me, it looks like it could be a caustics settings problem.. possibly the search distance.

For testing purposes use render region... no need to re-render the whole image, try increasing the search distance make sure max density is set to 0 and max photons around 300 or so for now.

Failing that,, what to share with me part of your scene so I can have a look at it for you.
