ANIMATION MEMORY PROBLEMS

Hello there. I'm trying to render a camera animation in vray but it keeps coming up with a dialogue box saying the following;

"there isn't enough memory for the raytracer to build its acceleration data structures"

All i'm try :crying to do at the moment is save the irradience map for the animation and its also set to very low on the quality. The file size is 70Mb.

sounds like you have a heavy scene. Are you familiar with 3gb switch?

Also export your heavy single meshes to vraymeshes/proxies (right click export vrmesh.) And save your scene beforehand!

Yes it is a very heavy scene. I've not used the 3GB switch before. What does that do? and how do I use it?

I've tried export the vray mesh but it doesnt create a file. Will it export linked data as this is what I am using?
