DR...restart each render

I am having trouble with the DR in RC2. Each time that I render with DR
(after the first time) I have to kill the spawners and then restart them. After the first time the other computers fail. But if I restart the spawners on the other computers it will work again once. This is with Max8. At home I use
Viz2007. I almost never have to restart the spawners. Even after cancelling the render. Is there something that I am missing?

probably if ur rendering heavier scenes the spawners will take longer to unload...
a nice tool to manage the slaves would be gr8!
