DR - "Render Host Unknown"

Sometimes when I use DR, within the 'V-Ray messages window, I see this error message, "warning: Render host unknow (172.1.29.102) is not responding". Anyone have any ideas what this means and what to do about it? I have two VRay licenses, so that should mean I can have 20 processors going if I wanted, right?

This particular message appears if V-Ray cannot find the render node, for whatever reason (e.g. it is locked up, vrayspawner is not running on it, 3dsmax has crashed etc). Usually the spawner will restart 3dsmax and the message will go away.
