  • Antialiasing problem

I have bad antialiasing problem in my current CD-renderings.
See below how bad edges look:

No matter what antialiasing settings I use, I can't get clean edges.
There is allways pixels wiggeling really badly. I'm quite new with V-Ray,
but I know alot of imagesampling and rendering techniques.

I tried Adaptive subdivision with settings 1/4. Object outline checked.

I also tried Adaptive Qmc with really high settings.
    Min:1 Max:100 Treshold:0.002

    I'm using Max 8 and V-Ray 1.5 rc2
CD cover material is V-Ray material.
    No glossy reflection/refraction.

Can you help me? I need to render this tonight.

Problem is only in alpha channel.

        Rendered image looks fine.
        Alpha from it looks bad.
Premultiplied alpha in After effects looks really bad.

I would need your maps as well , or at least the HDRI.
