  • animations with GI: generally speaking

what general setups do people like to use? I know for camera animations (no moving objects) IR/LC is recommended. How about if objects are moving?

for example, large white backdrop (little or no secondary bounce) but
maybe small details in the object on in the small shadow where object meets
    floor. 2 reflecting Vray lights

Trying to avoid flickering shadows during animations, but minimize noise
if possible ...any help greatly appreciated (thanks again to DaForce for his help thus far!)

I guess most people will suggest using QMC+LC...It can be slow if u want to get rid of noise, but it's predictable and HQ, especially when dealing with fine GI details.
