alpha map - problem

hi very strange problem
i have plane with diffuse map (jpg) and alpha map (jpg)
when i push RENDER in first render i have correct render

but after push again RENDER i have incorrect render


every even render is incorrect

wher is the problem in VRAY or in MAX7

10x all the problem: ....when i convert (standart) material to VRAY material - NO PROBLEMS!!!
