VFBCore:SetRegion error

New one to me, came up while about 3/4 through an obscenely large rendering (14400x14400) silly I know, but requested

[V-Ray] [VFBCore::SetRegion] Error writing render region to raw image file.

plenty of drive space on both the farm machine and the server its writing to, error came up at 572,530kb but thats not the largest we've played with (to date largest is ~700mb vrimg)

I've actually had this error as well on two of my larger renders on two different rendering machines. So it's not just an anomaly.
