I know this is not the "right way" to use vray blend, but when I have a vrayfastsss material in the base slot and put something a coating on it and set it to shellac mode, it generates an alpha for the object it is applied to that is incorrect.
The alpha turns grey where ever the object is no matter if there are objects behind it.
So when you go to composite the render on top of something else it is like there is a hole in your image.
This doesn't happen with the same materials used in a standard max shellac material.
I'm using version RC1.53 for max 9
