  • inverted highlights and shadows on qmc + lightcache

    Hello!

    I have the following problem.
I used qmc as primary and light cache as secondary gi engine.
After calculating the light cache wich looks okay at the calc. Phase
The colors become kind of invert, highlights getting dark and shadows bright.
Im realy clueless about this ?!?

    Using:

    Vray. 1.47.03

    Adaptive QMC

    Pri: qmc
    Subdivs: 12

    Sec: lc
    Subdivs: 2000
    Sample size: 0,02
    Passes: 2

    Qmc sampler
    Amount: 0,85
    Noise: 0,004
    samples: 12

    color mapping:
    expotential

looks to me like you either have the "show GI only" option on in the global switches rollout, or else your color mapping settings (bright/dark multipliers) are swapped.
