  • vray and scanline have different reflections?

    Hi all,

I have been rendering out some glass on a building in Vray and then in scanline, basically a method to create glass in photoshop, but thats by the by.

The problem is I render the vray image with glass in, and get the reflection, then render in scanline the glass with a raytrace material 100% reflective, and get an environment mask. The method really is not important. What is is that the two renders dont line up.

The 100% reflective materials in the two different renders are different.

Is there an explanable reason for this?

    Thanks
