one way is to activate the "motion blur" option on a VRayPhysicalCamera. you can control the blur amount by changing the shutter speed.

Perfect miraldo. ah i was looking at motion blur in the render tab.
Now my question is.... does irr computation have any effect on camera blur? can i compute irr map at nth frame with blur ON?

yes, you could also use the motion blur control in the render tab but that only works for standard max cameras.
as for the imap calculation, i suppose that in most cases it would be ok to calculate it without motion blur. i guess the exception would be, for instance, on the first frame of a fast moving camera, since the imap might not accurately process the light bounce for the previous "nonexistent" frames. since the motion blur grabs information of the movement before and after each frame, it might show the incomplete imap.

but your question was the other way around... there's no problem in calculating the imap with bur ON.
