I can't seem to get rid of the noise in the image. I understand that being mostly indirect light the setting need to be high, but how high to still get workable render times? VrayLights are at bowl in saw tooth ceiling and neon with vraylight material. Vraylights in diffusers and vraysky in environment as fill from the back. Attaches are settings, the main rendering & close ups from the bigger render. Any ideas?

might want to turn off Detail enhancement, this will not correct your noise, but it will save you a TON of time on render time for now.

      Ok, try this.

Up your IR hpsh to 50-70, turn of DE as suggested above, in LC change the filter type to fixed,

Also you may need to up the subdivs on your lights.

i saw somewhere a sort general guideline for noise.

If you see relative large splotches or noise then you have to increase the quality of you GI sollution.
If you have very little noise you have to adjust the AAsampler (QMC and such)
