    hello there

I got a problem when rendering an image bigger than 4000 px. the lightcache calc takes about 2 hours at 1000 subdivs. when I want to render the image bigger than 4000 px then it takes more than 23 hours! does anybody know the problem too?

    bet regards

cant you just calculate the LC in a smaller resolution and then use the saved file for your high-res pic ? i always thought that the lc is resolution independent...
