RC5 Installer for 64 Crashes

Hi Everyone, We just purchased a wack of Vray's and I am attempting to install VRAY but the latest installer for Max 9 64 crashes when I run it.
Was wondering if any one here had encountered that issue.
We are on max 9, SP 2, Windows XP 64 Bit SP 2 on Dell 690's with Quadro 4500's.

False alarm,
I got it working, just have to figure out the license server.
