new version and dongle

If I never received my dongle and am using software licensing, will the new release candidate still work with that software license?

Yes, I saw that information, but if I've never received the dongle, after multiple requests, how can I use the software?

here is a mail i just revieved today concerning the dongle-question:

We are awaiting the return of our Chaos Group High Level Support Team
from the USA in the next week.
Then we are going to have further instructions regarding the shipping of
the dongles and for the other issues related to the final build of V-Ray. After that you will receive a second e-mail with more precise terms and
explanations regarding the shipment and recieving your dongle(s).
