Reflection and Vray Light produces spots

Hi!

I have big Problems with this szcene.
There is a vray-plane (intens. 30) over the bar-building in the ceiling-object.
The Problem does not exist so dramaticaly when the Light is under the ceiling in the room.
What can i do now to get a clean rendering?

Hi!

The dots came from the light in the ceiling (vraylightmtl). It was the only
light in the scene.
Im very new in vray and have a lot to learn!!!
Now i put a plane-light under these vraylightmtl inside the room.
But im not realy happy with this pics, what can i make better?

My problems are:
-the floor puts his colours to the wall very intensively
-some overbright wall elements
-not very good lightning
-very cold feeling
-Sun and Sky are very dark inside the rooms

My settings:
Input gamma in preferences 2,2
Render to VFB
IR+LC
Color mapping Reinhard
1/1/2,2

Vrayphysicalcam
zoom factor 1
f-number 4
no vignetting
shutter speed 30
Iso 800
