What if the server run XP64 bits ?

My question today before we start the installation of Vray 1.5 in our network is simple.

If the new Xeon server run Windows 64 bits and the computers that have Vray 1.5 run XP 32 bits. Will Vray crash because of that. Our tech. say no. Is it true ?
