flicker with animated text

Hi All,

Fairly new to the group but have some experience using vray with stills.
My problem is I am getting a nasty flicker in my animation.

I am killing myself trying to figure this out.

I have posted the max file with all the settings as well as a small qt file ( together they are less then a 1 mb )

I placed both on my ftp, very easy to grab, just go to

and login under existing user with un = vray and pw = vray

Any advice would be appriciated.
