Distributed rendering problem on viz 2008

Hi,

I'm running Vray 1.50 on VIZ 2008
I'm trying to get my Vrayspawner90.exe to work but, VIZ keeps opening and closing when de spawner is started and DR won't work.
I've created the vrayspawner.ini
I've tried the DR viz2006 trick of using a backburner max and xml file.
my vrspawner.log notes the following:

there's nothing wrong with the xml, as far as I can see…
does anyone have the answer to my problem?

You need to do at least one regular backburner rendering with the machine as a slave, before the spawner can work properly (apparently, the first time a backburner server runs, it does some set up).
