one freame renders 2min another one 2hours!

It never happend before. I got interior scene and for first 200 frames everything goes well and then one frame redners for 2h. When you change soemthign in scene for example IOR for glas it comes back to to 2mins bfor few frames but then again 2h. It's starnge becasue it never happend before with any of over 100 aniamations I did.

are you using a visibility track anywhere? and if so, are you using light cache?

any errors in the vraylog file?
such as "scene bounding box to large" or something similar?

I have seen similar things with a corrupt irmap as well. But that would only affect you if you were using a saved one.
