Hi all,
I've just upgraded to 1.5 and suddenly some of my old files started crashing during a render. After much searching I've narrowed down the bug. Apparently if there is a loft without a path or shape (or potentially any geometry in the scene with no verticies or volume of any sort) VRay will crash. Some of you might say "well, you shouldn't have any bad geometry like that in your file in the first place." and I realize that but in the end if I'm working with an old file that's quite large and it crashes, finding that object and removing it can be quite difficult. Anyways, I just thoguht I might point this out in case anyone else was experiencing the same problem.
