Dongle wiped

Hi there,
We had a dongle reprogrammed and now the dongle is wiped, it is supposed to have 9 additional licenses added to the one existing on the dongle but now it's blanked, I got some great help on how to view the licenses through a web browser but I followed the instructions (Double click on the WIBU file..) and the dongle is now blank. Emailed Chaos already but have no reply so was hoping i did something wrong and can fix it ...

We have 9 licenses now on the dongle, but the one that was originally on the dongle was removed, should be 10 total, I email Tiana but in case she does not see my email could you mention it to her?
