Ok, we found something with Chaos Group that work hard to help us here. I think it's a must to tell everyone.

We can't use the DR if we have in our scene a HSDS Modifier. In another scene we remove the part that was done in Section ( Splines ) and it was correct too. The DR was working.

Hope it could help you guys.

Yep, for whatever reason the HSDS modifier will crash when called on a render slave for DR.
