  • Huge slowdown and errors with FumeFX in the scene

    Hi !

I get error messages and huge slowdown when i put a FumeFX flame in my scene. I'm with XP x64, max 9 SP2 and VRay 1.5 RC3

I've been experimenting a lot with the settings, but no luck..
What could be causing the problem?

    Thats the error message:

    Thanks!

I think I read somewhere that this is a known problem of FumeFX; would be best to contact Sitni Sati for more information.

    Best regards,

It's not Fume only. Afterburn is giving same message too, so It's
Sitni Satis problem. It haven't been slowing down anything, but it's
        really annoying.

well once again, I have been using afterburn for a few years now and I have only seen that message when there is a problem with PFLOW and it usually because of RAM issues.

            Thanks for the input!

But the problem isn't the RAM - i'm with 4gigs and more than 2 are free

And the strangest thing is that even when Atmospherics is off i get a slowdown. When i remove fume from the scene rendering is more than twice faster..
