Crash with Renderable Splines

maybe this will be fixed in the upcoming service pack -- BUT -- if you create a spline and make it Renderable -- BUT don't check "Enable in viewport" Vray will crash max upon hitting render.

Interestingly, the checkbox for "enable in viewport" pops on right as it crashes.
