  • Distorted Aspect Ratio when Rendering

    I'm stuck here...

I'm trying to render an image 11x17 at 150dpi (I've set the output size to 2550x1650).

There is a camera in my scene and I have show safe frames turned on so I can see what I'm about to render. However, when I render, the resulting image is extremely skewed and doesn't even come close to looking like the shot I've set up.

What am I doing wrong? I've never had this problem before.

    Thanks!

What kind of camera are you using?

you should check your pixel aspect ratio for the render to make sure it is at 1.0 and also check to see if you are rendering with something other than the standard setting in the vray camera rollout.
