VRAY 1.5 SP1 Installations issues

On our machines that have a dongle attached we are fine, but we have 10 workstations that use a remote dongle programmed with 10 license and when we reinstall with the new SP1 Installer we start to get Wibu errors. Say it can;t find the dongle even though the Wibu utilities can see the dongle on the server.
We are going back to 1.5 but were wondering if there was some thing we were doing wrong.

You need to upgrade the license server with the one from the service pack (the new license server can work with older versions of V-Ray, but the reverse is not true).

Will a mismatch of install between 1.5 Final and 1.5 Final SP 1 cause any issues?
We have 50 machines to update, should we do it all at one time or can we update and reintroduce a render node after installing SP1?
