  • opacity gets milky not transparent

I'm having a problem with opacity mapping, my object gets a milky look ,where it should be transparent.

have tried with a *.jpg map and a gradientramp...

same problem with vray mat. and standard max mat.

    Using 1.5 sp1

    Regards

Yep, I replied to that... if it is possible I would need the scene with the same material and just a sphere in it so that I can try and see what is wrong with it. On a simple test here everything was fine.
