Is there any way to reset the VFB exposure slider? I moved it to the edge of the ui, and now I cant select it to move it back.

Just Ctrl+Click in the empty region, where the slider used to be, and voila, you've got your slider back.
However, this click doesn't brings the slider "back", rather it creates a new one. Fun to add multiple visible sliders with multiple clicks though
