cant ge vray color to work

Hello guys,
am using LWF and i always had to convert direct RGB or pantone colors through the color correct plugin...
...i knew i could use vray color for this as well and i decided to give it a try

...but no matter how hard i try, i cant get the color to look nowhere near to color corrected one...
any idea what am i doing wrong?



blue on the left is RGB (0,113,18 gamma 2,2 within color correct
blue on the right is the same RGB through vray color and gamma 2.2 applied, no matter what option i choose within vraycolor i get this

any hints?

What is the gamma type set to? It should be set to "Specify".

thats the thing...when i se to specify...it stays ther same..nothing happens with the color....do u want me to send you the scene so u can have a look?
