Big splotch

Hello,
I post this image because there are some light problem.
I get rid off all Standard material, there are only Vray.
1 standard direct Light and 1 Vray Sky. I delete evray other light in the scene.
If you have any clue, it might be very helpfull.

In the V-Ray Sun parameters, tick the "Invisible" option and see if it goes away.
