hidden vraylight reflections

is there a way to stop hidden vraylights showing up in reflective materials?



did a search but couldn't find anything...

untick "affect reflections" in the vraylight properties...
i d work on those search abilities!

Like ene.xis said, there is an option for separately controlling the visibility of V-Ray lights in reflections in the VRayLight properties.

how embarrasing! has that option always been there?

why would you want the reflections of a vray light to show up when you've hidden the light?

No idea... but people wanted it, so there it is Joke aside, it is useful mostly when you have e.g. a studio setup, where you want to get nice reflections to show the shape of an object, but you don't want to see the actual lights by the camera.
