  • Vray watermark apearing on the rendered images

    Hi,

I was rendering sequence of 12 images and on four of them there are vray logo appearing.

I am rendering using DR on 4 boxes, all xp 64 bit with max 2008. Box that is rendering is getting license from the dongles that are attached to the server (3 dongles in total). We have this setup for some time now and this is the first time that we encountered this kind of problem.

There is one more weird thing that appeared in this set of renderings that may help explain above described problem: on some views (last 2 in the sequence) buckets are slightly misaligned (not all of them) so you can clearly see different buckets moved up or down (not left and right) on the image.

Vray logo is not appearing on the images with misaligned buckets

    Every help greatly appreciated!

You can try to re-start the render slaves and the license server; if this does not help, please email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com so that we can work on solving this.

      Vlado,

is this license/network problem? Will it help if I attach dongle on the render box?

      Thanks

It is most likely a license problem, but I don't think it is necessary to move the dongle; restarting the render slave should be fine (and maybe the license server, just in case).
