Clone and align upside down

Ok..I am trying to clone and align some vray proxies in Max. I am using blocks created in AutoCAD fro the Pick List. Some of them are coming in UPSIDE down...But not all....And if I try and pick them all and rotate, of course it does not work. ANy hints?

Should probably reset the x-form before you proxie them

Or simply realign the pivot. which is similar to what Eric suggested...
