Just received our dongles today and installed Sp1. It says can not obtain license. Did I miss a step. Urgent Please!!

I cant stress how important this is... I start Max 64 bit...Set vray as the renderer and hit edit license information. Do I need to do anything here? Do I have to start the vrlservice...I get error 36 or something..I have rebooted...etc..etc.. I can't go back to my max 9 32 bit 1.5 RC3 install cause I saved over my old file...I know....my bad.. Thanx all

ATTENTION: YES...I AM AN IDIOT. LOL... apparently when you plug the usb key into your monitor and you forget to plug in the little freakin usb cord to the back of your computer. The program does not WORK. I believe this to be a flaw in the program and I am formally protesting this fact......SON OF A %$#@
