  • vraysun - need shades!!!

    my vray sun is lighting the room nicely, the only problem is, the glare at the window and surrounding walls, VERY VERY BRIGHT, any quick tips to deglare the window area?

    physical camera
    f-stop = 3
    shutter = 40
    iso = 400

    all matte white materials - diffuse color is like 200

    vraysun is default values

    irrmap at very low & light cache at 300

    exponential mapping

    any ideas?

        i upped the shuttter speed to 100 and the ISO to 50 and it looks much better, guess i should have taken a more drastic approach, thanks for the push

          Shutter Speed

          Oops, I meant a shutter speed 100. I have a ISO slide card and everything is based on SP 100

                This has been discussed many times: use forum search.
                Remember it's also got to do with the diffuse level of your materials.
                In tips and tricks you'll find tutorials and long threads on it.
