  • VRayBmpFilter Refresh

    It seems that the VRayBmpFilter doesn't refresh properly when a texture is updated externally. If I either view with the "View" button in the file open window or view in the MEdit with "Show End Result" off I still see the previous version of the map. I have also run "freescenebitmaps()" in the Listener with no success. Is this possibly related to the fact that these maps aren't visible from the Asset Tracker either?

    Internally VRayBmpFilter uses a regular 3ds Max bitmap storage; I'm not sure if that is supposed to update automatically or I have to do something about it; need to check with the 3ds Max SDK.

    For the freescenebitmaps(), I'll check it out.

        Hi Vlado, any update on this since 2008?

        I'm noticing problems with Asset Tracker not picking up any textures inside a VRayBmpFilter. Same thing with File>Archive, the texture is not collected.
