    Animation workflow

    Set primary and secondary GI to ligth cache
    set to screen 0,02 and use around 3000-4500 subd
    set mode to fly through - making sure my active time range is correct.
    set do not render final image.
    set to single frame
    Render to backburner.

    For our animations i usually use multiframe incremental and set it to 2 or 3 frames.

    Now that we have a render farm i wanted to use the new animation prepass so that i can have all our machine on the farm rendering.
    Its quite a detailed scene so i used -3,-2 and sub on 70 and inter on 50 and was going to blend 2 or 3 frames together.
    Set the loaded Light cache in the secondary slot.
    Then sent it to backburner.

    Then changed over to render mode. now if the irradiance map hasnt started yet and i want to tell it what to load. will it be the file called map.irmap or map_0000.irmap ?
    Next i then set the light cache loaded from file as well.
    set the frames where to save
    then render to backburner.

    now the few questions i have are.

    Does the light cache have to finish before you can start sending the irradiance map?
    Can i get away with lower settings for my irradiance map due to im now rendering out every frame as asspoed to every 4 or 5?
