Supress older version dialog with script ?

We need to run a script that opens maxfiles, makes changes to materials and then saves again, but we can't batchrun it because each time a file opens it tells us to confirm the maxfile is made with an older version of vRay, followed by another dialog asking if we'd like to use legacy sun&skymodels ...

the maxscript allready makes use of the 'quiet' option to supress open/save dialogs

is there ANY way to get around this ... it's doing us in.

There is a maxscript command, setVRaySilentMode(), that disables these dialogs.
