Ugly splotches...please help

Hello all,

got these discusting splotches in my scene and no matter how hard i try they dont go away...browsed through the formu no luck...

sun is invisible
GI IR-high, with DE off / LC 2000 subd..sample size 0.001
no reflective caustics

here is what i am getting...any suggestions?

cant really see how it relates m8, ive got the scene clean of all the cad scrap and all is at origin

de might take care of it, or you can try decreasing the colour or normal threshold for the irr map.

got all the thresholds at 0.1, tried DE on/off...no joy
