  • No Render

    Hi,

I am having an issue. My material library stops loading and when I hit render nothing happens. I am running MAX 2009 on a Windows XP64 workstation with V-Ray SP-2.

I think if you show the little VRay messages window while rendering you'll find that it says in red "error: Could not obtain a license (10061)"

Have you tried restarting your computer and also plug the wibi key into a different usb port?

check in your browser localhost:30304 if the license really is running

      Kind Regards,
      Morne

If everything seems correct, but you still have this issue, you can try to create an environment variable named "VRAY_CONNECT_TIMEOUT" without the quotes, and with a value "50000" again without the quotes.

        Best regards,
        Vlado

          v-ray

rebooting max solves it, but it'll happen again. I'll try the suggestions.
