Cannot save bitmap

It seems like most people here use the vray frame buffer. And I can see the benefits. The times I've used it, it has given me nothing but grief. Usually I avoid using it for the same reasons.

Last night however I was using it for something and turning up this morning I have a completed render in the vray frame buffer but when trying to save it I get told "cannot save bitmap". Needless to say I tried all the different formats and tried saving it to all sorts of drive to no avail.

There are a number of threads on this subject on this forum. Basically you are running out of memory and need to use the .vrimg files. If you do a search there if a full explanation.

Yeah... I read some of those. And I tried that. Still didn't work.
