vrlservice.exe: Start error

When I trying to run Launch V-Ray licence server on max2009 vray 1.5sp2 the error message appears
error 38 is occured, when I click retry error 36 is occured.
Any solutions?

I have solved it with total uninstall, and finally reinstalling wibukey drivers helped.
