DR completely black?

I think I remember this problem being posted before, but I couldn't find it. I recently started having the problem of an entire DR coming out black and rendering in just a few seconds. DR has worked pretty well up til now. I get why other machines might render a black bucket, but I'm unsure of what would cause even the local ones to be black. Anything common I should check?

Are you using the default light? I don't think DR supports using the default lighting.
