erro 65533 with backburner on max2009

hello,
i obtain the error
"vray cannot obtain a license - error 65533"
when i try to render on a remote machine witj backburner.
it's very strange because i have already installed backburner on other machines in the same way, and they can work correctly.
i have no firewall installed, if i ping my remote server with the browser, i can see the admin page (using the page "http://server:30304)
i have already installed the hotfix by autodesk which corrects the bacburner bugs.. but nothing..
someone can help me?

This error means that V-Ray could not connect to the license server; are you sure you set up the server IP address properly when you installed V-Ray on the render slaves?

yes i'm sure...
the other strange thing is that before yesterday it worked properly..!
do you know about some windows update or option that can create conflicts with vray ports?

So you are able to open the license service web page from the render slave, is that correct? You can try to restart the license service; if this does not help please email me to vlado@chaosgroup.com and I'll see what can be done.
