[3DSVIZ] 70% performance

One of our clients has the problem that during rendering the CPU perfomance only goes up to 70%. Who might have an idea?

Here are his specs:
AMD X2 3800.AM2, 3 GB, Quadro FX 3500, Vray 1.5, 3DStudio Viz 2008.

sounds like you are running out of ram.
Is dynamic memory turned on?

2 RayOfLight : make crossgrade to max2009 design 64 bit and then you forget at this kind of problems ..... ( i made CG from viz 2006 .-) )
